Our client, a global leader in a rapidly growing healthcare services sector, is seeking a Head of Global Launch & Expansion. This individual will lead the planning and execution of new de novo locations across the United States and eventually support international expansion. The role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with physician recruiting, real estate and capital planning teams to build a scalable, repeatable launch model. The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience, with a background in multisite consumer healthcare, retail or QSR. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role with significant long-term career potential.
