Our client is a private equity-backed, market-leading manufacturing and services platform seeking a Vice President of FP&A to serve as the company’s top financial planning leader during a period of rapid growth and increasing complexity. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, pricing/profitability analytics and long-range planning, while acting as a critical thought partner to executive leadership and the private equity sponsor. The ideal candidate brings experience in FP&A within a multi-entity, growth-oriented environment, strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, executive-level communication skills and a hands-on, player-coach mindset well suited for a fast-paced, private equity-backed organization.
