The Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management will be responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of the organization’s revenue cycle. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will design, implement and oversee strategies, processes and best practices to ensure the financial health and operational efficiency of the company’s revenue operations. This individual will also play a critical role in post-merger integration as the company continues to expand through acquisitions. Prior ophthalmology experience is preferred but not required.
