Our client, a private equity-backed engineering and construction organization, is seeking a Head of Product Development. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the company’s AI-driven product strategy as the organization scales. Reporting to the vice president of strategic innovations, the position will work closely with executive leadership to define and own the AI product roadmap. The role also includes building a high-velocity product development engine and delivering automation solutions that drive measurable productivity and EBITDA impact. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in product leadership and experience launching AI-enabled solutions in complex technical environments. This individual must be able to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional engineering teams. A degree in computer science or equivalent hands-on coding experience is preferred. Candidates should have six to eight years of total professional experience, including two to three years in a strategy consulting role.
