Our client is seeking an experienced leader that will own the North American operations and build in best in class finance capabilities into the new structure. The ideal candidate will bring industrial manufacturing experience along with a passion for optimization. The leader should have a balance of accounting and finance to partner well with the plant operations to drive actionable operating visibility and transformation.
With the growing importance that role is taking in private equity portfolio companies comes an increased focus on, and demand for, strong mid-level leaders within the HR function, especially as organizations grow into the upper middle market threshold.
