Our client is a leading healthcare services provider focused on delivering high-quality outpatient care through a national network of physician partners. As the organization continues to scale and enhance its operational capabilities, it is seeking a Vice President of Strategy & Transformation to lead a team responsible for developing and executing key strategic growth and operational initiatives across the enterprise. Reporting to the CDO, this individual will partner closely with executive leadership and physician stakeholders to drive performance, lead growth efforts and optimize clinical and operational outcomes across the platform.
The ideal candidate will have strategy consulting experience, along with post-MBA experience in healthcare services, totaling 10 to 12 years of experience. This individual will bring a strong understanding of multi-site provider environments and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and growth. This is a highly visible, high-impact role suited for a collaborative, results-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
