About Aaron
Aaron Stroker is a director of business development within the Finance and Corporate Development Practice at Charles Aris Executive Search.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from North Carolina State University. Before joining Charles Aris, Aaron spent the first decade of his career in the medical device industry, working as a sales representative with Zimmer Biomet and Stryker.
He later transitioned into strategic capital sales, specializing in surgical robotic platforms within the urology space, where he partnered closely with clinical, strategic and C-suite leaders across major hospital systems to drive capital equipment acquisitions.
Aaron lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife, Shannon. Outside of work, he enjoys a range of outdoor activities, especially rock climbing and riding long distances on both his road and mountain bikes.
