ABOUT ALYSSA
Alyssa Flanagan is an associate recruiter who focuses primarily on healthcare and hospitality roles. She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science, with a concentration in American politics, from the University of Delaware.
Before joining Charles Aris, Flanagan worked in several customer-facing roles in the restaurant industry in Delaware, New Jersey, Chicago and Washington, D.C.
She now lives in Arlington, Virginia and enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as staying as active as possible. She is a devoted Chicago sports fan, with a particular love for baseball — no matter the team.
