Ashley Sorrell is an associate recruiter with the agriculture recruiting team at Charles Aris Executive Search.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in agricultural education with a concentration and minor in agricultural business from North Carolina State University.
Ashley grew up on a hog and beef cattle farm in eastern North Carolina, where her love and appreciation of agriculture began. She taught middle school agriculture and advised her local Future Farmers of America chapter for seven years before joining Charles Aris.
She now lives in Smithfield, North Carolina, with her husband and children. She enjoys attending NC State sporting events (go Pack!) and spending time with her family in Surf City, North Carolina.
