Ben Geiger is an associate recruiter in the private equity fund-level practice at Charles Aris Executive Search.

Prior to joining Charles Aris, Ben gained experience in the banking and fintech sectors, working alongside large top-four banks as well as community banks and credit unions. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in supply chain management, from North Carolina State University.

Ben is based in Chevy Chase, Maryland, and works out of the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. In his free time, he enjoys playing hockey, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
