Blaine Ayres is a practice leader at Charles Aris who spends his time recruiting top strategy and go-to-market talent for financial and professional services companies.
Blaine joined Charles Aris as an associate recruiter shortly after completing his undergraduate degree in kinesiology at the University of North Carolina Greensboro.
He quickly developed his niche in recruiting current and former strategy consultants, often from the Big Three consultancies (McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company and The Boston Consulting Group).
While working his way from associate recruiter to practice leader, Blaine found further alignment in the services industry, where he partners with payments, credit card, banking, FinTech, insurance, audit/tax and wealth/asset management companies.
Blaine currently lives in Washington, DC and enjoys golfing, staying active and being outdoors. He co-leads the Charles Aris Wellness Committee and helps run the annual company basketball tournament.
