About Joe

Joe Weinstein-Avery is a senior director of business development at Charles Aris Executive Search. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Johns Hopkins University, where he graduated in 2016.

Joe started his career at GLG, a large expert network, where he focused on servicing both consulting firms and private equity funds. He began as an associate, recruiting executives for client engagements.

Throughout his career, Joe showed an aptitude for developing strong client relationships and leading teams. His tenure culminated in leading a portion of the firm’s strategic private equity relationships across the United States and London.

Joe lives in Philadelphia with his wife. In his spare time, he enjoys his plants, cooking and traveling. His love for cooking started in middle school when he worked for Charm City Cakes, the bakery where Food Network’s Ace of Cakes was filmed.
