ABOUT JORDAN

Jordan Shrum is an associate recruiter at Charles Aris Executive Search focusing on engineering and operations roles.

Prior to joining Charles Aris, Jordan served over six years in the United States Marine Corps Reserves while also working for various government agencies such as Department of Homeland Security, all while completing his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ashford University. Jordan then transitioned into the recruiting and staffing industry within the light industrial and manufacturing space.

Jordan enjoys spending free time with family and friends either out on the lake, fishing, hiking, camping and exploring North Carolina and surrounding states.
