Lisa brings more than 10 years of experience in executive search, partnering closely with investors and C-suite leaders to build high-impact leadership teams. She has a strong track record of placing transformational talent, including CEOs, CFOs and senior functional executives, within high-growth, middle-market organizations.

Earlier in her career, Lisa led business development efforts across the manufacturing, industrials and logistics sectors, working with global brands to design and scale packaging solutions across complex supply chains.

As a practice leader, Lisa leverages her relationship-driven approach and market expertise to help clients secure top talent and drive long-term growth.

Known for her energy, creativity and ability to build trusted relationships, Lisa thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping organizations and leaders reach their full potential.

Lisa lives in Park City, Utah with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, including skiing, hiking and exploring new places.
