ABOUT MARIAME

Mariame Meite is an associate recruiter at Charles Aris Executive Search in the Strategy & Go-to-Market Practice.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Guilford College, where she was also a member of the women’s rugby team.

She began her career in research, working in microbiology and clinical trial settings, before transitioning into the retail and wellness space. She spent several years at Lululemon as a community specialist, focusing on community engagement, sales strategy and leading local events that strengthened brand presence.

Outside the office, Mariame finds joy in movement—teaching barre classes, staying active through fitness and skating and spending time at concerts and music festivals. A lifelong learner, she enjoys winding down with a good book and loves to travel whenever she gets the chance.
