ABOUT SPENCER
Spencer Dorriz is an associate recruiter at Charles Aris Executive Search.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication studies and sociology from Texas Christian University. Before joining the firm, Spencer worked as a sales development representative at NovoEd, the Buffalo Sabres and the Ontario Reign.
Spencer recently moved to the Washington, D.C., area. She previously spent two years in Buffalo, New York and is originally from Los Angeles, California. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and trying new restaurants.
