Chloe Mills is a researcher at Charles Aris Executive Search who earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
She previously worked as a researcher at Creative Talent Endeavors, an executive search firm, for four years, where she developed a passion for the research process and executive search.
Chloe lives in a small town in southern North Carolina with her husband, son Oliver, two cats and a dog. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors and reading.
