Our client, a private equity-backed global consumer advisor, is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Development to drive growth through M&A, partnerships and strategic initiatives. This individual will manage the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and valuation through execution, while working closely with senior leadership. The ideal candidate has two to three years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting or corporate development, with strong financial modeling skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
