Our client is a growing private equity firm specializing in consumer and business services. The firm is currently seeking a Vice President of Portfolio M&A to execute M&A transactions for its portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a high-velocity M&A environment, with preference given to those with proprietary sourcing experience. The ideal candidate will also have experience building or meaningfully scaling an M&A execution team.
