Our client, a global alternative investment firm focused on opportunistic credit, special situations, private equity and financing solutions, is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. This individual will be a key member of the fund’s internal strategy team, partnering with senior leadership, including the CEO and founder, on strategic and transformation initiatives across the firm. The ideal candidate will have six to 10 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm. Experience with M&A, post-merger integration and transformation projects is preferred, as is prior work serving private equity firms or asset managers on project work for the fund itself. Pre-MBA experience in private equity, hedge funds or investment banking is a plus.
