Our client is seeking a Director of Strategy & Transformation to partner with senior leadership on strategic priorities, drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable growth and operational improvements as the business scales toward a successful exit. The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of experience, including a strong foundation in top-tier management consulting. Consumer products, retail or transformation experience is preferred but not required.
