Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Strategy owns this company’s strategic planning infrastructure end-to-end, including the enterprise planning system, board governance, high-priority initiatives and the analytical foundation for the CEO’s toughest decisions. This is a high-leverage operator role; this leader personally builds and runs the planning infrastructure while driving this company’s most important strategic bets and enabling the CEO to operate at full strategic leverage. The ideal candidate for this role will have over three years of post-MBA consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm and over three years of experience post-consulting in industry, either in financial services more broadly or in a sponsor-backed environment.
