Our client is a leading, privately held construction and real estate development company with a strong presence across the Southeast and an ambitious growth trajectory. As the organization looks to double the size of its business and achieve its long-term growth revenue goals, it’s investing in technology, AI and operational innovation. The Director of Construction Technology & Innovation will lead this initiative from the ground up, working directly with the President/COO and the founding family to identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and other emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and optimize business processes, transforming how the organization operates.
The ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of strategy consulting experience from a top-tier firm, along with meaningful exposure to applying AI and technology to solve complex business problems. Experience within construction, real estate, manufacturing or an adjacent industry is preferred but not required. This position requires the candidates to live and work in North or South Carolina.
