The Quality Manager oversees deep drawn stamping engineering operations, supporting a team of engineers while driving process optimization, lean manufacturing initiatives and high-quality production. This role leads tooling and material selection, resolves complex manufacturing issues, manages engineering projects from concept through implementation and ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards. The position collaborates closely with production, quality, suppliers and customers to meet performance, cost and quality objectives and requires strong experience in metal stamping and manufacturing engineering.
