JOB DESCRIPTION

The Key Account Manager is responsible for owning and growing a multi-million-dollar book of independent agriculture retailers and co-ops by opening new accounts, securing vendor setups and leading category line reviews and seasonal programs. This role builds joint business plans with retailer leadership, delivers technical and commercial training to seller-agronomists, executes in-season trials and demand-generation initiatives and partners cross-functionally to drive sell-through, margin expansion and measurable grower ROI. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of agricultural sales experience, deep agronomy and plant nutrition expertise, strong CRM and forecasting discipline and a proven track record of influencing procurement and agronomy leaders to scale value-added nutrition and biological solutions across multi-location retail organizations.
