Our client, a private equity-backed consumer brand, is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy & Transformation to help shape and execute high-impact initiatives across the business. This role partners closely with the Chief of Strategy & Business Development on priority projects and works directly with private equity sponsors as an extension of the operating team. It also offers hands-on exposure to value creation, operational excellence and a business on a clear path toward a potential IPO within the next five years. The ideal candidate has two to five years of pre-MBA experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm. Experience in consumer brands is preferred but not required.
The main difference for W2 and 1099 workers in private equity portfolio operations is compensation.
