ABOUT RODNEY

Rodney works in the accounting department at Charles Aris Executive Search as a payroll specialist.

Before joining the firm, Rodney served as a payroll administrator at Avgol America, based in Mocksville, North Carolina. His professional background also includes roles as a systems analyst, project manager and 401(k) administrator, reflecting a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Rodney holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and a master’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix.

He lives in Winston-Salem and has a daughter. In his spare time, Rodney enjoys working out, cooking and baking. He also loves to travel and explore new places and food.
