JOB DESCRIPTION

The Strategic Account Executive will drive sales growth by developing and managing relationships with government contractors, including large aerospace and defense clients. This high-energy, self-motivated role requires proven sales experience, strong existing contacts in the government contracting space and a mechanical understanding of products such as fasteners, lubricants, wiring and wire harnesses. The ideal candidate can navigate complex client organizations to identify opportunities and close deals. Success in this role comes from combining technical knowledge, strategic account management and exceptional relationship-building skills to deliver results in a highly competitive market.
