Caroline Taylor is an associate recruiter for Aris Amplify, focusing on engineering and operations.

Caroline grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and later attended Elon University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in international business. Prior to joining Aris Amplify, she spent more than two years recruiting in the IT field.

Caroline lives in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she enjoys running and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with friends.
