The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering (or a related field) and eight to 12 years of experience in precision manufacturing environments, along with three to five years of leadership experience managing engineering or technical teams. They should have a strong background in process development, product introduction and supporting high-tolerance component manufacturing, with the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T. The candidate will lead engineering initiatives, support tooling and manufacturing processes, drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful production and operational outcomes. Experience with advanced manufacturing processes and quality systems is preferred.
