This sales role focuses on prospecting and account growth, with responsibility for growing existing accounts while developing new business in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The position involves executing strategic sales plans, identifying new opportunities through market analysis, managing forecasting and KPIs and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication, technical support and industry engagement. Responsibilities include driving pipeline activity, generating accurate quotes, optimizing pricing and margins, managing CRM and ERP systems and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to support inventory, operations and customer success. The role also requires consistent reporting, participation in continuous improvement initiatives and the ability to recover and expand business opportunities across target markets. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized and goal-oriented, with strong communication, analytical and leadership skills. The candidate should have at least seven years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment, along with experience in prospecting and pipeline management, proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office and a proven record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
