Deal Associate, Private Equity

Our client, a leading middle-market private equity firm, is seeking a Private Equity Deal Associate to play a key role in new investment evaluation, including leading and/or supporting due diligence efforts related to potential investment opportunities and the development of value-creation theses. In addition, the individual will work with and learn from a broad range of professionals, including seasoned executives, experienced management consultants from leading firms (McKinsey, BCG and Bain), former CEOs and CFOs and investment professionals with deep deal experience. The Associate will also assist with value-creation initiatives alongside portfolio company executive leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of pre-MBA consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm and exposure to due diligence work in consulting.
