About Cole
Cole Nowak is an associate recruiter at Charles Aris Executive Search, where he focuses on placing top finance and corporate development talent.
A graduate of Temple University, Cole came to executive search after a career in college football scouting and recruiting, including time at Wake Forest University, the University of Nebraska and Western Michigan University. That background gave him a strong foundation in talent evaluation and relationship-building.
Cole lives in Chicago, Illinois. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, trying new restaurants and watching sports.
