The Vice President of Finance will lead the client’s finance organization, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash management, working capital, internal controls, inventory valuation, production costing and long-range planning. The company is a growing, private equity-backed agricultural crop input manufacturer with a differentiated portfolio of biologicals, fertilizers, seed treatments and plant health solutions sold through an independent dealer network.
The ideal candidate will bring progressive finance leadership experience in a seasonal, inventory-intensive manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of cash flow, operational finance and manufacturing economics. This individual must combine strategic financial leadership with a hands-on, player-coach approach, strengthen financial visibility and performance management, build scalable systems and processes, and serve as a trusted partner to the executive team and board as the company enters its next phase of growth.
