Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to lead HR systems administration and data analytics initiatives. This person will be tasked with optimizing HRIS functionality, developing reports and dashboards, leading system implementations and enhancements and ensuring data integrity across HR and payroll processes. The ideal candidate has strong HRIS administration experience, advanced reporting and Excel skills and a proven ability to improve systems, analyze HR data and support cross-functional business initiatives.
