This person will be tasked with driving employee relations, overseeing hourly recruiting and onboarding, managing payroll and HR compliance and partnering with plant leadership to strengthen employee engagement and operational performance. The ideal candidate has progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment, strong employee relations and leadership coaching skills and a hands-on approach to building efficient HR processes and supporting a high-performing workforce.
