Our client, a leading manufacturer of disposable foodservice and specialty paper products, is seeking a Recruiter to lead talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting initiatives. This person will be tasked with partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, sourcing and screening qualified candidates across professional and technical roles and delivering a positive candidate experience while maintaining strong talent pipelines. The ideal candidate has over three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing and relationship-building skills and experience recruiting within a corporate, manufacturing or distribution environment.
