Ben Griffin is an associate recruiter working in the Private Equity Fund-Level Practice at Charles Aris Executive Search.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in management from Arizona State University. Upon his graduation, he spent a year at a staffing firm focused on placements in engineering and finance.

Ben is from Chicago and recently moved to Washington, D.C. He enjoys traveling, live music and staying active. He loves spending summers on the lake and is a big Chicago sports fan.
