The Product Manager is responsible for driving product strategy, execution and performance across assigned product categories, with ownership of both top and bottom-line results. This role manages the full product lifecycle, including item setup, pricing, forecasting and portfolio optimization, while identifying opportunities for new product development, product improvements, margin enhancement and overall growth. The position partners closely with research, development and product development to commercialize new features and define product specifications. It also monitors market trends, competitive activity and customer insights to inform strategy. In addition, the Product Manager leads cross-functional teams through product launches and improvement initiatives, develops and executes go-to-market plans—including positioning, sales training and marketing collateral—and collaborates with sales, procurement, legal and compliance teams to ensure successful execution and regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate has three to five years of experience in product management or marketing, strong financial acumen with pricing and cost analysis experience, a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Candidates in senior sales roles must leverage data management skills, interpersonal abilities and interdepartmental collaboration.
