Our client, a long-established distributor of powertrain and mobile hydraulic products and services, is seeking a Director of Finance to lead accounting operations, financial reporting and business systems across multiple locations. This person will be tasked with overseeing financial statements and month-end close, managing cash flow, credit, collections and payroll administration and improving ERP systems and reporting processes to support operational efficiency and business growth. The ideal candidate has over seven years of progressive accounting experience, including at least three years as a controller or senior finance leader in a multi-location distribution or operations-focused business, strong hands-on accounting and payroll expertise and experience implementing or improving ERP systems.
