Vice President, Strategy
Middle-Market Consumer Products Producer
Salt Lake City, New York or Remote
Our client is a high-growth, privately held consumer products company that has been undergoing a significant transformation over the past few years. As it continues to scale and evolve, its team is looking to hire a Vice President of Strategy to partner with senior leadership on highly visible, transformative initiatives. This individual will play a central role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic priorities and driving long-term value creation as the business moves toward a successful exit. The role requires someone who can deliver rapid impact on both the top and bottom lines while collaborating closely with the executive leadership team to lead meaningful, cross-functional initiatives. As one of the most critical hires for the business, the ideal candidate will bring 10 to 15+ years of total experience, including at least four years of post-MBA experience at a top-tier management consulting firm. Experience in consumer products, retail or business transformation is strongly preferred, though not strictly required. This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing, strategic thinker to move into a leadership role with real ownership and help drive growth, innovation and operational scale within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
