The firm is seeking a Vice President of its Operating Partner Group to drive and execute value creation initiatives across its portfolio companies, working in close partnership with both the investment team and company management. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience at a strategy consulting firm, as well as 3-5 years of experience in an operating role at a private equity-backed company and/or fund-level operations experience. Additionally, this person should have experience working in a relevant industry.
