Our client, a private equity-backed multisite consumer healthcare provider, is seeking a Director of Business Operations & Strategy to play a pivotal role in defining, codifying and scaling clinic operations. Reporting to the COO and working closely with the executive leadership team, the role is responsible for developing and operationalizing the company’s operating model to drive success across a growing network. The ideal candidate will have two to three years of consulting experience at a strategy consulting firm as well as relevant industry experience in healthcare, beauty, retail, hospitality or fitness.
