Our client, a leading engineering and environmental consultancy that provides an integrated mix of services supporting land development projects, corporate real estate portfolios and the energy industry, is seeking an M&A Business Development Lead. This person will set the tone and work directly with the senior leadership team to shape the next phase of strategic acquisitions and growth. The position is responsible for identifying investment, acquisition and partnership opportunities, as well as representing the business externally. This is a rare opportunity to be the key relationship builder and liaison between potential sellers, the platform and the private equity sponsor.
