Our client, a national architecture, design and engineering platform focused on civic, education and healthcare markets, is seeking a Head of M&A to lead end-to-end corporate development. The Head of M&A will source and cultivate founder-led acquisition opportunities, develop market theses, manage the full deal lifecycle from origination through LOI, diligence and closing and prepare investment cases for executive and sponsor review. The role partners with integration and functional leaders to ensure strategic fit, synergy realization and smooth onboarding. Success requires strong relationship-building, financial and valuation acumen and the ability to drive strategic, people-centered growth.
