Our client, a private equity-backed global precision manufacturing company, is seeking a Director of Operations to lead production, quality and supply chain execution. The role will drive throughput, lean initiatives and scalability across high-mix, low-volume operations. The ideal candidate has 12 to 20 years of manufacturing leadership experience within capital equipment or precision machining environments and a proven record of improving performance through structure and process discipline.
