Our client, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on lower middle-market industrial businesses, is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join its portfolio operations team. This role partners directly with portfolio company CEOs to drive hands-on value creation across operational improvement, commercial initiatives, integrations and 100-day planning. The ideal candidate will bring four to six years total work experience, including at least three years of top-tier strategy consulting experience, with a track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
