Our client is a tech-focused buyout/growth private equity firm that invests across the technology space, specifically within the subsectors of software, cloud computing, cybersecurity, financial technology, healthcare IT and infrastructure. The firm is looking to add an Associate who will work across the entire lifecycle of the deal, from initial due diligence to portfolio value creation. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of strategy consulting experience and a strong track record of performance. The right fit candidate will also have experience with private equity due diligence, value creation projects and, ideally, exposure and/or interest in the technology space.
