We’re seeking a President who brings strong operational excellence alongside a commercial orientation and a passion for transformation with a continual improvement focus. Experience within a multi-site vehicle repair operation is strongly preferred.
In 2021, over 75% of our Head of Corporate Development searches had the position reporting directly to the CEO of the portfolio company. This is up from roughly 50% in 2020 and 33% in 2019.
A sharpened demand for strategic product sourcing has led to a more defined procurement role within supply chain functions.
