About Caroline

Caroline Drummond is an associate recruiter at Charles Aris, where she specializes in recruiting top strategy and go-to-market talent for healthcare and consumer companies.

Since joining the firm in 2026, she has developed a strong niche in identifying and placing exceptional candidates from leading management consulting firms, including McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company and the Boston Consulting Group.

Caroline graduated from Western Carolina University in 2021 with bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology. Her academic background provides a strong foundation for understanding people, building meaningful relationships and connecting organizations with high-impact talent.
